    Step 1

    In a large bowl, mix yogurt, onion paste, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, sugar, salt, green cardamoms, black cardamoms and mace powder. Add pieces of raw chicken in the bowl and mix well. Allow the chicken to marinate overnight. Once the chicken is well marinated, roast it in a tandoor or an oven till its 3/4th done.

    Now heat little butter in a pan over moderate flame. Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, red chilies and crushed coriander seeds. Sauté the ingredients for half a minute. Now in the same pan, add a bit of onion, red chili powder, coriander powder, kasoori methi powder, and tomatoes. Sauté them for 5 minutes and once done, transfer the mixture in a blender to make a puree.

    To prepare this beverage recipe, cut the top shell of a fresh green coconut to make a hole in it. Take a spoon and scrape the coconut meat from the inside into a bowl. Add the flesh of aloe vera, crushed basil leaves and lemongrass to the coconut water and stir gently. Preserve the coconut shell top and coconut meat for later use.

    Add lime juice to the coconut water left in the green coconut. Add 100 grams of the scooped out coconut meat in the coconut. Cover the coconut with the coconut shell top and let it stay overnight for the process of infusion of all the flavors in the fresh coconut water. In a major cabinet reshuffle on Monday, union railway minister Piyush Goyal was given additional charge of the finance ministry till Arun Jaitley recovers from a kidney transplant surgery.

MoS (youth affairs and sports) Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore will be the new I&B minister in place of Smriti Irani, who has been shifted back to the textile ministry.

Goyal is also the power minister.

Jaitley underwent a successful kidney transplant at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) today and is stable after the over four-hour-long surgery, hospital authorities said. Jaitley, 65, who has been mostly working from home since early April, was admitted to the hospital on Saturday.

Train tickets shall be booked oneyear in advance

Lakhs of domestic passengers have been booking train tickets online through the website of IRCTC (Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation).
Further, there has been a remarkable annual growth in the number of travelers abroad visiting India. Giving due consideration to the growing foreign tourists, IRCTC has initiated a number of activities to attract the foreign tourists. Presently, the foreign passengers are allowed to make train ticket bookings 120 days in advance. Now, the railways` ministry has decided to extend this train booking facility for the foreign travelers that they can book train tickets 1 year in advance.

 

An official from IRCTC explained regarding this:

 

All the foreign travelers/tourists can now book train tickets in Indian Railways 1 year in advance. The booking has to be registered with the details of the passport number, international mobile phone number, etc.In case of cancellation of the bookings, only 50% will be refunded. The foreign travelers need to keep their original passports and visas. Otherwise, they will be penalized.

2 teaspoons onion powder, 1 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons coriander seeds, 2 red chilli, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 2 teaspoon cumin (jeera), 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder, 2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, 1 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoons red chilli flakes, 1 tablespoon cornflour 1/2 teaspoon aamchoor (dry mango) powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper

Take all the whole spices like fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chili, black pepper and sun dry them in the hot sun for a day or dry roast them.
